DBD Group’s first international project in Florida, USA. The condominium called Zahrada I is situated in the Rosemary District in the centre of Sarasota on the west coast of Florida and consists of six luxury units and six retail/office units.
Sarasota is situated approximately 50 miles from Tampa and 220 miles from Miami and at the moment is regarded as one of the most beautiful locations in the USA for a comfortable and active lifestyle. The project was successfully sold to another real estate development company.
We are deeply honoured to receive the AMERICAN INSTITUTE OF ARCHITECTS GULF COAST Merit Award for our Zahrada project in November 2020. The jury commented that the project was recognized for its unique incorporation of indoor and outdoor living spaces in a compact unit.
Zahrada has also received an AIA State award of excellence in New Work. The jury consisted of architects and architecture professors from Seoul. Zahrada was the sole built housing project to be recognized with a 2024 state award.
