The third residential project of the DBD Group MEI LLC is being prepared in a central part of the city of Sarasota by the Gulf of Mexico, Florida, USA. As well as our first two projects (Zahrada I and Zahrada II) Villa Ballada is also located in the Rosemary District. This mixed use condominium project consists of 22 high standard residential units and 2 retail units. Besides that Villa Ballada will also offer a wide range of amenities such as central reception, wellness zone with a swimming pool, parking spaces and EV charging station. Villa Ballada got its unique contemporary design by a prestigious architecture studio Halflants+Pichette. Villa Ballada has a flavour of a traditional home while creating a high quality cosy living opportunity.
The City of Sarasota is located 50 miles away from Tampa and 220 miles away from Miami. Sarasota has been currently famous and sought for its active and comfortable lifestyle ranking one of the first favourite places for living in the USA.
We are deeply honoured to receive the AMERICAN INSTITUTE OF ARCHITECTS TAMPA BAY Design Award in a Mixed-Use Residential project category for our Villa Ballada, in 2020.
Villa Ballada was the only unbuilt housing project to receive an AIA state award in 2024. This innovative design, currently under construction, includes 22 residential condominiums over parking, with two retail spaces and a welcoming lobby lining Kumquat Court, effectively shielding parking from view.
