A unique project consisting of 541 residential units with the capacity of 1+kk up to 4+kk and 9,000 m2 of commercial and office space is being prepared as a part of a newly developed area in Prague 10. The original DBD Group concept designed in cooperation with Qarta architektura studio seeks to create a classic urban street with a purpose-built parterre, small squares and a space for social life. It is the revitalization of an unused industrial area and the project is an example of modern development and an increase of the concentration of people as a part of sustainable development.
The project was sold successfully to another developement company.
