Our new project of luxury condominium is located in the tranquil residential neighborhood of Prague with an excelent acces to the city centre. The district of Troja is situated on the right bank of the Vltava River in close proximity to the Prague Zoo, Botanical Garden, and the splendid Baroque Troja Castle.
Our plot serves as a kind of gateway to this district and is located between Nad Kazankou and U Lisu streets. Right here, we plan to place two new villa houses and completely renovate the existing villa. In total, the project comprises 6 residential units and twelve parking spaces with a total gross floor area of 1,900 square meters. Five of the units also include access to their private garden.
