We have planned a project for a new type A+ administrative building in Na Valentince Street in Smíchov – Prague, and an apartment building with 34 flats, a central reception and parking spaces of a total area of 13,000 m2.
The project was successfully sold to HOCHTIEF Development Czech Republic s.r.o., and then sold again and completed by Skanska Property under the name FIVE as one of the most striking administrative projects in Prague.
