Origami, a revolutionary residential project in a peaceful neighborhood in Prague 6, does not follow the ordinary concepts of individual housing. Despite being formally defined as a condominium, the concept brings a sense of living in an individual villa. There are two units in each of the seven buildings, and every unit has a private entrance and an access to a spacious garden.
Common internal corridors, underground garages and basement turn the individual flats into an intimate residential complex, secluded from the outside. The Origami project combines the advantages of living in a condominium and in an individual house.
